Founded in 2001, Oasis is an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non-profit located on Whidbey island. We focus primarily on cat rescue, but will provide assistance or make appropriate referrals to help all animals in need.

We work with local animal control, shelters, low-cost clinics, veterinarians, other rescue groups, and the public to rescue and provide spay and neuter services to animals in need.

We have no paid staff. All donations are used for the benefit of the animals.
